We begin with a light massage on your feet, further inducing a restful state of mind. Moving next to the area of the head and neck, your sense of calm will deepen to a meditative state - not awake and not asleep. This is an extremely healthful space to be, where internal healing and repair happen within the mind and body.

Orthopedic Massage SESSION
Orthopedic massage sessions address chronic issues through manipulation of the tendons and ligaments of the body, creating space and release in the body.

I may include elements of Ortho-Bionomy (a compression technique combined with energy work), cupping, and Swedish massage.

"Mind-Body-FOOD" holistic health CONSULTATION
In this unique combination of bodywork and health consultation, you'll enter a state of deep relaxation in order to connect with your intuition and assist in clearing your mind of distractions.
While resting on the massage table, we will record your health consultation (audio only) while you receive a relaxing foot massage to induce a state of "restful alertness."
During your session we will discuss your health concerns, while solutions and strategies are generated together to optimize your health to fit your individual lifestyle.
The sessions will end with a calming head/neck massage to induce a state of deep relaxation and restore your natural state of tranquility.

This "mind-body-food" holistic health consultation will include (2) email exchanges to help you with implementing your new wellness plan, share recipes, etc.

The 60 minute in-store consultation will include an in-person tour and discussion at Whole Foods in Uptown or Lakeview.
Recipes may be available by request, but these food-related consultations do not include meal planning or preparation.
